Highly experienced and very professional.
Our hikes/adventures scatter all over Kwa-Zulu Natal from Durban to North Coast/Zululand, Midlands, Drakensberg, South Coast and even the Wild Coast (Transkei!)!
We have regular open group hikes every weekend. 1 OR 2 easier hikes on Saturdays and a harder/longer one on Sundays.
We specialize in customized camping/hiking/adventure and team building trips for individuals or groups (over 40 destinations to choose from).

Physical Fitness
Engaging in hiking and outdoor activities provides an excellent opportunity for cardiovascular exercise, muscle strengthening, and overall physical fitness. Walking on different terrains, navigating trails, and carrying a backpack can help improve your endurance, balance, and coordination. These activities can also contribute to weight management, enhanced muscle tone, and increased joint flexibility.
Mental Health
Spending time in nature has been linked to reduced stress, anxiety, and depression. The calming and serene environment of the outdoors can have a positive impact on your mental well-being. Hiking and outdoor activities allow you to disconnect from the fast-paced world, engage in mindfulness, and experience a sense of relaxation. Exposure to natural sunlight during outdoor activities also boosts the production of vitamin D, which is important for mood regulation.
Connection with Nature
Hiking and outdoor activities provide a unique opportunity to connect with the natural world. This connection can foster a deeper appreciation for the environment, wildlife, and ecosystems. Learning about local flora and fauna, observing natural landscapes, and breathing in fresh air can create a sense of wonder and gratitude for the beauty of the Earth. This connection can also inspire a desire to contribute to conservation efforts and protect our natural resources.
